A Jjgawa State High Court presided over by Justice Musa Ubale has sentenced a 25- year-old man named Aminu Ali to life imprisonment for raping and sodomizing a 10-year-old boy.
Ali, a resident of Aukayawa Quarters in Gwaram Local Government Area of the state, was found guilty after the prosecution presented five witnesses and submitted four exhibits, including a medical report, establishing his guilt “beyond reasonable doubt.”
The prosecution successfully argued that Ali lured the victim and engaged in anal sex with him.
Justice Ubale, in his ruling, stated that the prosecution had indeed established its case beyond reasonable doubt.
