Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has warned convicted actor Olanrewaju Omiyinka, popularly known as Baba Ijesha, to stop involving her children in his public statements.
She said she would take legal action if he continues to mention her children while sharing his side of the story.
Ojo made this known in a post on her Instagram page, where she addressed the actor directly.
She explained that her children were always under proper care while growing up, either with nannies or her late mother.
The actress also said her former business location in Ilu-Peju, Lagos, had several staff members, making it unlikely that she would leave her children unattended.
According to her, there were always stylists, sales workers, and apprentices present at the shop.
She stated that she has no issue with Baba Ijesha telling his own story but warned him not to use her children to gain public sympathy.
Ojo stressed that the case involving a minor was serious, noting that sexual assault is a crime and should not be taken lightly.
Her reaction followed comments by Baba Ijesha, who in recent interviews spoke about times he allegedly took care of her children in the past.
He also expressed disappointment over their current relationship, while Ojo insisted he must stop mentioning her children or face legal action.
